Enjoy the corn bread hot out of the oven or use it to make a wonderful stuffing. This mix can be used to make either savoury or sweet versions, like jalapeño cheddar or pecan cranberry cake. It is great for those who cannot tolerate rice flours and you can add your own sweetener or you leave it out to create a true Southern style corn bread.
